Returns Policy


For all returns please contact our customer support team

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivered date. Anything sent to us after 14 days will be returned back to the customer.
  • All returned item(s) must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days, this may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the size or style of your purchase you have 14 days to exchange. Please note stock is subject to availability and in the event of unavailable stock we will contact the customer in regards to a full refund.

  • Please note that we do not offer free returns, however we highly recommend you use a reliable courier service which provide a tracking number when returning your goods.
